Magnus O'Driscoll
Magnus is Managing Director of AlTion. He graduated with 1st Class Honours in Electrical Engineering from UCC. He subsequently undertook post graduate study at the National Microelectronic Research Centre. In 1992 he was involved as a founding member of staff of TI Software where the TNAS™ product was first developed. Magnus joined AlTion as a founding member of staff in 1996.

Paul Shore
Paul is the Sales Director of Altion. He was born and educated in London with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Paul joined Altion from Mobicomp . Paul has over 15 years Senior Sales experience with the BBC, Racal, Openwave and Mobicomp. |
Donal Sweeney
Donal is Consulting Manager at AlTion. He has over 15 years experience in IT and Telecommunications and has worked extensively on OSS and BSS projects in Europe, India and Australia. Donal graduated with a masters degree in computer science from the National University of Ireland in 1994 and first joined AlTion in 1997.

Briege McLernon
Briege is a Project Manager at AlTion. She graduated with a BSc Honours in Computing from the University of Ulster. She is a fully qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner. Briege joined AlTion in 1998.

Laura Doyle
Laura is Operations Manager of Altion. Laura graduated from the National College of Ireland with an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management and then went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology. Laura has been awarded Chartered Membership of the CIPD and has over 9 years experience in the software industry. Laura has recently re-joined Altion in 2007 after returning from living in the UK where she was working for a leading internet mapping company.

Stephen Gilbert
Stephen is Support Manager of Altion. Stephen graduated from the University of Ulster with an Honours Degree in Computing. Stephen spent 4 years working as a software engineer helping to develop some of Altion's application tools before progressing to a Team leader. Stephen rejoined Altion in 2005 after 2 years in Scotland doing development for the Oil and Gas industry and took up the role of Altion Support Manager.

David Guilmartin
David is a Financial Controller at AlTion. He joined the AlTion Group in 1998. David has over ten years experience with various industries ranging from aviation (Aer Rianta, Ryanair and CityJet), manufacturing (Cylon Controls Limited - largest privately-owned manufacturer of building management systems in Europe), and telecommunications software.

Paul O'Reilly
Paul is a Principal Software Engineer at AlTion. He graduated from Carlow Institute of Technology in 1994 with a First Class Hons Degree in Software Engineering. He has worked extensively on telecoms software systems and joined AlTion, from Aldiscon, in 1997. Paul has acted as Principal Engineer, Development Manager, and Software Research Manager for AlTion.
